Janette McGarity Barber Professor, Financial Planning
The first endowed FACS professorship was established in 1991 by J. Mac Barber in honor of his wife, Janette McGarity Barber, who was the first UGA Home Economics distinguished alumnus honoree in 1981 and was inducted into the College Honor Hall of Recognition in 1985.

Professor and Department Head, Bill and June Flatt Professor of Nutritional Sciences
