About Me
Tracey Brigman, EdD, MS, RDN, LD, is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the FACS Education Degree Program at the University of Georgia. She is also the host of the Meals from the Field Segment for The Farm Monitor. Brigman graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she was a 4 time academic All-American in field hockey. She earned her Masters Degree in Foods and Nutrition and her Doctoral degree in Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia. She has held national, state, and local leadership roles in professional organizations and has received awards in mentoring, diversity and service to the media.

Her areas of expertise include the science of cooking, foodservice management, food preservation, safety and sanitation in foods and foodservice systems and overall healthy eating habits.
