This virtual event will showcase the experiential learning and other opportunities of the College’s various program and partnerships. Representatives (faculty, staff, and students) will share information and provide details on application deadlines and processes for respective programs.

FACS Day at the Capitol
Students, faculty, and supporters are invited to participate in a day trip to the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta to show support of Family and Consumer Sciences.
Legislative Aide Leadership Fellows Progam
Experience the excitement of legislation in action and learn hands on skills in a high speed environment with an Athens-area legislator.
SSAC Internship
The SSAC internship helps students build skills in the areas of leadership, project managment, event planning, human resources, problem solving, communication, and more.

UGA Mentor Program
Mentoring is important, not only because of the knowledge and skills students can learn from mentors, but also because mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate success after graduation. Quality mentoring greatly enhances students' chances for success.
