What do you love about your current role?

I love learning and pursuing medicine!

How did your time at FACS help prepare you for your life or career?:

FACS taught me how to study properly to retain information which is SUPER important for PA school. Earning a degree in Nutritional Sciences really helped me through didactic year of PA school by having a deeper understanding of nutrition.

What advice would you give current students who aspire to a similar career?

For those of you interested in PA school, just know that it only takes one acceptance to change your life. Don’t give up, and don’t let the hard days win. Remember your why.

What do you know now that you wish you knew when you were a student?

When I was a student, I wish I knew that all my hard work would not amount to nothing. And not only that, but everything I learned would be truly beneficial to me in my career path. I’m so proud of the skills that UGA and FACS provided me with, and I’m just as proud now as the moment I turned my tassel. GO DAWGS!!
