Activities/Honors

Founder and President of Haute Creatives Collective, a POC women-led organization that supports marginalized creatives in developing their skills for careers in creative fields, as well as building a community for POC, LGBTQ+, and other underrepresented creators at UGA.

I've worked as a stylist for several other student fashion orgs like BOLD Modeling Agency, SMA, Rouge Magazine, The Agency, and Strike Magazine. I also completed the Oxford-Cortona Study Away Program in 2024. I have been a gallery assistant for UGA's contemporary art gallery, The Athenaeum, since 2022, earning a nomination for student employee of the year in 2023.

Why I chose my major

I chose Fashion Merchandising because fashion has always been a passion of mine. I believe that fashion is a major driver of culture in our world and by working in it I have the power to change not only the social and cultural issues in the industry but also the world. My mission is to make fashion and society more inclusive, sustainable, and creative spaces that empower all.

What I like most about FACS

I love FACS because we are all like a little family. We support each other through hard times and great times and are always there to help you grow and reach your highest potential.

Post-graduation plans

After graduation, I'm going to take some much needed and deserved rest. Before dwelling into entrepreneurship expanding my wardrobe styling business, POPALINKSI and launching my fashion magazine, HAUTE Magazine.
