- Why I chose my major
I chose my major because I wanted to learn about something I cared about. Dietetics was the perfect combination of clinical care, patient interaction, and a deep dive on how the foods you consume can affect your health. Once I got into my major and saw how kind, attentive, and welcoming the professors and my classmates were, I knew I was in the right place.
- What I like most about FACS
What I like most about FACS is the home-like feel it has. The professors, staff, and my classmates have been so encouraging and uplifting. While sometimes classes can be difficult, they are interesting and engaging and I have enjoyed each and every class. FACS is leaving me much better than it found me!
- Post-graduation plans
After graduation, I plan to take a gap year where I will devote my time to studying for the MCAT and working in preparation for medical school.
